Born in Bologna, he is married with two children.He graduated in Economic and Financial Security Sciences at the University of “Tor Vergata” in Rome, in Political Sciences at the University of Trieste and in Law at the University of Camerino.
He holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Tax Law from the University “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan and is qualified to practice law.
After attending the Guardia di Finanza Academy, he gained extensive professional experience in both the tax and security fields as an officer in the Guardia di Finanza, which he left at the rank of colonel.
He joined the Poste Italiane Group in June 2015 as Head of Corporate Protection.
