There is no innovation without action: this is the mantra that guides us in our experimentation initiatives. We act with the involvement of various startups who propose us their ideas and solutions that create value for Poste Italiane.Our goal is first to test their solution in a specific environment (ie our “sandbox”) in order to have a technical and economic validation for a faster time to market if we possibly decide for a launch on the market.

- Benefits: Produce customized boxes in real time directly in the logistics centers, optimizing the use of materials and significantly reducing waste

- Scope: Reusable packaging for e-commerce

- Solution tested: The service allows a merchant's customers to return used packaging via mailboxes, facilitating its reuse
- Benefits: Expanding the offer for e-commerce merchants, providing them with recycled and reusable envelopes as packaging

- Scope: Immersive technologies and AI in the field of workplace safety

- Solution tested: Cloud platform for remote collaboration and a kit with a 360° video camera for prevention and protection activities at work
- Benefits: Optimization of workplace safety inspections, reduction of costs, improvement of operational efficiency and greater ease of participation of remote experts
