There is no innovation without action: this is the mantra that guides us in our experimentation initiatives. We act with the involvement of various startups who propose us their ideas and solutions that create value for Poste Italiane.Our goal is first to test their solution in a specific environment (ie our “sandbox”) in order to have a technical and economic validation for a faster time to market if we possibly decide for a launch on the market.

- Tested solution: Micro learning with instant messaging. Innovative training method aimed at 2000 employees via text messages on Microsoft Teams with unit lessons of approximately 3 minutes per day.

- Expected benefits: Solution to be offered to Poste Italiane customers to rapidly expand e-commerce operations by taking advantage of Poste Italiane fulfillment centers to grow quickly, sustainably and achieving optimized management of shipments by focusing on sales development.
- Tested solution: Complete e-commerce logistics solution to manage integrated fulfillment with Poste Italiane properties for "friendly" customers. The merchant, customer of Poste Delivery Business, will rely on the new fulfillment service by having Poste Italiane manage the entire logistics process (storing, packaging and shipping the products and managing customer assistance and returns).
