Our Development Programmes

Our development programmes engage and enhance our people, creating personalised pathways to nurture talent, leveraging our extensive presence across the country and our diverse business areas. Specifically, we: 
  • Support young professionals with strong motivation and potential, preparing them for managerial roles 
  • Invest in the development of managerial skills for professionals with diverse experience and backgrounds 
  • Provide mentoring and coaching initiatives that respect all forms of diversity, enabling employees to explore their strengths and areas for improvement while strengthening networks of relationships and broadening their perspectives. This approach helps individuals unlock their potential for growth and awareness of the value it can generate. 

Our Mentoring Programme

In a rapidly changing environment, people are increasingly expected to demonstrate responsibility, autonomy, and flexibility. To meet this expectation, our mentoring programme has evolved into a well-established and widespread process throughout the company and a forum for discussion on best practices and recognised role models. 

In 2023, over 457 mentors and mentees took an active part in the programme, with significant female participation. Mentoring ensures a broader perspective by fostering dialogue between genders, generations, and experiences. The programme’s key driver is the collaboration between departments and the effective integration of central and regional operations, creating mentorship relationships between managers and professionals from different departments.

The Blooming Programme

Through the Blooming Programme, we support the development of talent throughout the Group by focusing on soft skills, intergenerational engagement, broadening perspectives, and boosting leadership. 

Each year, we select a group of high-performing individuals who stand out for their attitude, abilities, and performance and offer then unique experiences that directly expose them to situations, fields, and relevant, challenging processes. These include job shadowing, which makes it possible to closely observe and learn from professionals in different roles, providing hands-on learning opportunities. Tutoring accelerates the acquisition of technical skills and knowledge about other operating processes. 

Through coaching and training, we offer tailored sessions, learning and listening, organised in a structured way to equip talented employees with the personal and professional tools needed to grow and attain new goals.

The INSIEME Project

INSIEME is our platform for gathering ideas and contributions from employees throughout the Group. We encourage innovative proposals for improvement from the smallest to the most revolutionary suggestions, taking a bottom-up approach. 

Our goal is to continuously innovate in a sustainable way, involving different areas of the organisation, consistent with responsible growth and with the process of digitalisation and social cohesion.

Hackathons

Hackathon One of our main goals is anticipating change by tackling challenges and thinking outside the box.


This is the reason we run Hackathons every year to encourage teamwork on ambitious projects, boosting their potential and expanding their know-how.
