The training activity is experiential, authentic, immersive, in real time.
A selection of interactive conversations customized on the Poste Leadership Model was used for the training.
The aim of the experimentation is to support the development of Conversational Soft Skylls.
The Proof of Concept saw as owner the Human Resources and Organization / Development, Change Management and Digital HR function, with the involvement of 225 people from 5 business units, for a duration of three months from October to December 2021.
