The sustainability policies of Poste Italiane are established worldwide and for the first time they have reached the top of the Standard&Poor's Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment in the Insurance sector with the overall score of 85/100.
S&P Global awarded Poste Italiane the score of 96/100 in the Social section for its policies and practices of attracting and developing talent, protecting human rights and financial inclusion. Furthermore, with reference to the "Governance" dimension, the Group has been awarded for the ethical and transparent conduct of the business, for the practices related to risk management and cyber security, while it has distinguished itself in the "Environmental" dimension for the solidity of its climate strategy.
Standard & Poor’s Global compares companies from 61 industries by judging companies' sustainability performance overall. The rating assigned by S&P Global to companies works as a preliminary assessment basis to establish their entry in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index.

The first place in the global ranking of the insurance sector of S&P Global is added to the numerous awards received by Poste Italiane Group for its sustainability practices.
These include the platinum medal received by EcoVadis, the maintenance of the "AA" rating in the MSCI rating, the improvement of the score obtained by Moody’s and the inclusion of Poste Italiane among the most prestigious international sustainability indices, as Euronext Vigeo-Eiris Indices, Integrated Governance Index, Euronext Equileap Gender Equality Eurozone 100, FTSE4good, Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index and Stoxx Global ESG Leaders.
The positive evaluations obtained by agencies such as CDP and Sustainalytics further confirmed the Company’s commitment to sustainability.
In addition, the Group has maintained its leadership position among the leaders of sustainability in the MIB® ESG index launched in 2021 by Euronext and Borsa Italiana, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to responsible and sustainable management.
