For the second year running, Poste Italiane has made the podium in the Identity Corporate Index (ICI) 2024 thanks to its ESG policies and its ability to create value for the country-system. The results of the ICI 2024 survey, the first index dedicated to corporate ESG Identity in which around 100 companies listed on the Ftse Mib (53% of the list) took part, were presented at the ‘ESG Business Conference’ and offer an analysis of the preparedness of companies when it comes to facing future sustainability challenges.ESG Parameters
More specifically, the ICI 2024 measures the processes followed to foster sustainable business results, the existence of a remuneration policy linked to ESG parameters, gender balance in the Board of Directors, the ability to communicate corporate objectives in a clear, transparent and effective manner, stakeholder relations, value chain due diligence and the management of non-financial data. In 2024, ICI’s extraordinary survey focused on ‘Managers for the Polis (πόλις)’, highlighting the importance of Poste Italiane as a company aware of its role in the life of the community and of the strategic and competitive value of its ESG policies.
