Every day, letter carriers can perform their job only if the delivery chain teams have done their part correctly. In addition, every morning, at distribution centres throughout the country, there is the passing of the mail between internal processing staff and letter carriers: it is thanks to this activity and the active collaboration with the work team that letter carriers deliver mail and parcels to homes.
Workplace
The Region/Provinces of assignment will be identified within the Territorial Areas indicated above, according to the company’s needs.
You can indicate only one territorial area of preference, and be involved in the selection process only if you meet the requirements and in relation to the specific needs of the company.
In addition, you can re-apply if you applied to a previous posting without having been contacted.
The start of the selection process is anticipated by a call from the Local Human Resources of Poste Italiane and can be in two ways:
Those who will pass the first phase of the selection process (aptitude test both at the office and by e-mail), may be contacted by Poste Italiane personnel for the completion of the second phase of the selection process: an interview and motorbike test on a 125 cc motorbike with a full load of mail.
Passing the motorbike test is an essential condition without which recruitment will not be possible.

- High school diploma with minimum mark of 70/100 or university degree, also three-year, with minimum mark of 102/110;
- applications without mark will not be considered;
- valid driving licence for a company motorbike;
- for the province of Bolzano only, it is necessary to have a bilingualism certificate;
- general suitability for work which, in case of employment, must be documented by a medical certificate issued by the local health unit (USL/ASL) or doctor (with indication on the certificate of the registration number of the doctor at the local health unit (USL/ASL).
