Born in Bisceglie in 1974, he is married with two daughters.He graduated in Economics at the University of Bari and obtained a Master's degree in Tax Law - Control and Auditing of the Financial Statements. He began his career in the Guardia di Finanza, where he worked from 1995 to 2007, gaining professional experience particularly in tax audits.
He joined Terna S.p.A. in 2007 and has held over time roles of increasing complexity: he was Head of Fraud Management, Head of Risk Management and, since June 2016, Head of Corporate Protection.He joined the Poste Italiane Group in June 2017 as Head of Group Risk Management; since November 2021 he has held the position of Head of Group Sustainable Development, Risk and Compliance. Since September 2024 he has been Purchasing Manager.
