Born in Rome in 1971, he is married and has two children.He graduated in Law from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, where he collaborated in the following years as an assistant in the chairs of Private Law Institutions and Civil Law, and obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer from the Court of Appeal of Rome.
After practising as a lawyer and notary, he started his career in 2000 in banking and finance companies, in Legal and Corporate. In 2005, he joined the Finmeccanica Group, where he held roles of increasing complexity.
Initially Head of Corporate and Contracts at a Group company, he later moved to the parent company where he was in charge of Extraordinary Transactions and Financial Activities and since 2012 has been Head of Corporate Affairs Corporate. Since 2014, he has held the role of Senior Vice President Group Corporate Affairs of Leonardo Spa, with responsibility for the central management of all corporate activities of Leonardo Spa and the Group companies, ensuring the governance of corporate affairs both in Italy and abroad and assuming the role of Secretary to the boards of directors and other corporate bodies of various Italian and foreign Group companies.
He joined Poste Italiane Group in June 2022. Since July 2022 he has been Head of Corporate Affairs and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Poste Italiane.
