
He graduated in Law from the “Federico II” University of Naples and obtained the Master of Laws at the Amsterdam Law School of the University of Amsterdam, where he was also a Ph.D. student in “Competition law and economics”.
He has carried out research and teaching activities at the Department of History of European Law of the University “Federico II” of Naples, the European Network for Competition and Regulation of The Hague, the Amsterdam Centre for Law and Economics and the European University Institute of Fiesole.
He has been a lawyer since 2006.From 2007 to 2015, he worked at the law firm BonelliErede dealing mainly with Antitrust, Market Regulation and European Company Law.
In 2015, he helped found the consulting firm Comin & Partners, focusing on regulation and institutional advocacy.
In 2017, he joined TIM where he was Director of Institutional Affairs.
He joined the Poste Italiane Group in May 2019 as Head of Regulatory Affairs and Relations with Authorities.
Since September 2022, he has held the position of Purchasing Manager.
Since September 2024, he has been responsible for the Legal Affairs function at Poste Italiane.
