Born in Lamezia Terme in 1976, he is married and has three daughters.He graduated in Law at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, completed a Master's degree in “Organization and functioning of public administration” at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome and obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer.
He began his professional career at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers working in various structures (such as the Publishing Department, the Department for Administrative Coordination and the Public Contracts Department).In 2008, he joined Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A.(CDP), in which he held roles of increasing complexity and responsibility over time.
He was Director of Institutional Affairs, Communication and Sustainability and, previously, Head of Corporate Affairs Support and Board Secretariat as well as Secretary of the Parliamentary Supervisory Commission on CDP and Postal Savings.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the companies Hotelturist S.p.A.(TH Resort), B.F.S.p.A.(Bonifiche Ferraresi, a listed company in the agri-food industry), Manifattura Tabacchi Firenze (in real estate) and the CDP Foundation.
He joined the Poste Italiane Group in 2022 and in September he took on responsibility for Regulatory Affairs and Relations with the Authorities.
