Born in Agropoli in 1975. She graduated in Economics from the University of Perugia with honors.She started her career in 1999 at Banca di Roma, where she was in charge of marketing and business development.
Following the integration in 2002 between Banca di Roma, Bipop Carire and Banco di Sicilia, she became part of the parent company Capitalia and in 2004 she was appointed head of the Technical Staff of the CEO. Starting in 2006, she held the role of Organisation manager. In 2007 she participated in the establishment of the Sator Group where she held the role of Head of Organization and Human Resources of the parent company, Head of Administration and Human Resources and Secretary of the Board of Directors of SGR Immobiliare.
She has held the position of Member of the Board of Directors of Kyneste SpA (Capitalia Group), Banca Profilo SpA, Arepo BP SpA, Arepo PR and Arepo LC (companies of the Banca Profilo Banking Group).She joined the Poste Italiane Group in September 2015 as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Since 2017, he has been Head of Coordination and Support Corporate Affairs and Sponsorship, reporting directly to the Joint General Manager. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Poste Insieme Onlus Foundation.
Since May 2024, she has been in charge of the Chief Of Staff GM function.
