Giovanni Azzone

graduated with honors from the Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Industrial Technology Engineering, specializing in its economic and organizational aspects. Since 1994 he has been a full professor of Managerial Engineering at his alma mater – of which he was also Chancellor from December 2010 to December 2016 – and since February 2016 Chairman of Arexpo SpA. Since 2014 he has been Chairman of the FUAP (university foundation for training civil servants) and a member of the Swiss Accreditation Council. He has been a member of AssoConsult-Confindustria’s Ethics Committee and of the SIBAC-Seoul International Business Advisory Council since 2015. He formerly held a number of positions connected with the most prestigious Italian and foreign universities. As far as his scholarly activity is concerned, he has carried out research regarding organizational analysis and management control in industrial companies and the civil service. He is the author of 10 books and research monographs and has published more than 60 articles in international books and periodicals.
He has been a Director of Poste Italiane since May 2016.

 

Carlo Cerami

earned a degree in Law from the University of Milan. He has been registered as a lawyer at the Court of Milan since 1993 and at the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2006. The proprietor of the Cerami Law Firm in Milan, he is a Director of the Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, and has been a director of the following companies: Terna Spa; Investire Sgr (including the positions of Chairman and Deputy Chairman); Polaris Real Estate Sgr (as Chairman); Polaris Investment Sgr (including the position of Chairman); Fondazione Cariplo; Galileo Avionica Spa (now Selex Electronic Systems – Selex ES Spa, Finmeccanica Group, now Leonardo Group). He is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and master’s courses.
He has been a Director of Poste Italiane since April 2017.

 

Antonella Guglielmetti

earned a degree in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. A certified public accountant and an auditor, she currently holds the following positions: Head of Regulatory Affairs at Acqua Novara VCO S.p.A, sole statutory auditor of Ateco S.r.l., and auditor of the Municipality of Breia (Vicenza province).
She has been a Director of Poste Italiane since April 2017.

 

Francesca Isgrò

graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Messina. She has been a lawyer since 2003, specializing in administrative and public contract law, and since 2015 has been qualified to plead in the higher courts. She is a member of the Italian Association of Administrative Lawyers., and is currently a local partner of the Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe) LLP law firm. She was on the board of directors of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato from 2016 to April 2017. She is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and master’s courses.
She has been a Director of Poste Italiane since April 2017.

 

Mimi Kung

attended the Boston University School of Management (1998) and Oxford University (2003). From 1988 to 1990 she held the position of Assistant Controller at The Grand Hyatt (Taipei, Taiwan). Subsequently, from 1991 al 1995 she worked at GE Capital (Stamford, Connecticut) as a collateral and investment analyst in the Corporate Finance Group. In 1995, she entered American Express, where she held various senior positions until 2015, including that of Chief Financial Officer of American Express Europe and, most recently, that of Senior Vice-President, Head of the “Card Services Central Europe & International Currency Cards” function, and country manager for Italy.
She has been a Director of Poste Italiane since May 2016.

 

Roberto Rao

graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He has been a registered journalist since 1991. From 1992 to 1993 he was head of communication at A.C.E.A. and coordinator of the house organ, “Talete”. From 1998 to 2001 he was the head of the press office and in charge of communication of the Centro Cristiano Democratico’s parliamentary groups. From 2001 to 2006 he was the spokesman of the President of the Chamber of Deputies. He then became the head of communication of the UIP, the Inter-parliamentary Union (2006-2008) and a communication consultant for the Supervisory Authority for public contracts regarding works, services, and supplies (2007-2008). From March 2008 to February 2013 he was a Deputy of the Unione di Centro (Group Head on the Justice Committee and the Bicameral Committee for Radio and Television Supervision). From June 2013 to February 2014 he was an advisor of the Minister of Justice, Annamaria Cancellieri. Subsequently, until January 2017, he was an economic and financial advisor of the Minister of Justice, Andrea Orlando. Since January 2017 he has been an advisor of the Ministry of the Environment and since March 2017 he has been an advisor of CONI Servizi S.p.A. for the institutional and political relations. He was formerly Chairman of Poste Italiane’s Nomination Committee and a member of its Control and Risk Committee and Related Parties and Affiliated Entities Committee.
He has been a Director of Poste Italiane since May 2014.

 

Roberto Rossi

earned a degree in electrical engineering with highest marks from the Turin Politecnico. He is currently a Director of Palletways Italia S.p.A. and Chairman of the Comité Stratégique and Senior Advisor of Industrie 6-24 Holding. He has held the following positions: Group Managing Director of TNT Logistics and member of the Board of Directors of TPG NV, then TNT (1999-2003); CEO of the Southern Europe Division for transportation and logistics (1996-19990; CEO of TNT Traco Italia & TNT France and Spain (1992-1996); CEO of TNT Traco Italia (1991-1992); and Managing Partner of Operations and Manufacturing Practice Southern Europe, Booz-Allen & Hamilton Italia S.p.A. (1974-1991).
He has been a Director of Poste Italiane since April 2017.
